一、項目名稱：Master of Laws in Technology and Intellectual Property Law
1、項目簡介：
技術和知識產(chǎn)權法法學碩士學位的主要目標是提供一系列課程，使人們對快速發(fā)展的技術法，知識產(chǎn)權法以及各個領域之間的法律有深刻的理解。相關話題包括諸如人工智能，大數(shù)據(jù)，數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺監(jiān)管，3D打印，外太空技術，納米技術，金融技術，計算機程序和算法的保護，數(shù)字混音和用戶生成的內(nèi)容，在線流媒體，綠色技術和生物技術（包括基因改造和干細胞研究）。 學科領域將定期擴展和更新，以確保學生能夠理解和分析該領域的當代法律問題。
